Website Privacy Policy

This policy describes how personal data is handled when you visit https://timenora.com (the "Site"). The Timenora app has its own Privacy Policy.

Who we are

The Site is operated by KineApps Ltd (KineApps Oy), Finland ("we", "us"), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: info@kineapps.com.

Hosting

The Site is served by Firebase Hosting, a Google service. To deliver a page, Google processes your IP address, browser details and the address of the page you request. We use this to deliver and secure the Site (legitimate interest).

Your cookie choice

When you first visit the Site, it asks whether you allow non-essential cookies. Your choice is kept in your browser's storage and in a cookie for 12 months, so the Site does not ask again on every visit. You can change it at any time from Cookie Settings in the footer.

Google Analytics

If you allow statistics cookies, the Site loads Google Analytics to measure how visitors use it: the pages you view, how far down a page you scroll, the site that referred you, the store badges and other links to other sites you click, your device and browser type and your approximate location. Google Analytics sets cookies in your browser for this. Until you allow statistics cookies, the Site does not load Google Analytics and sends nothing to it.

The legal basis is your consent. You can withdraw it from Cookie Settings in the footer. Google may process the data outside the European Economic Area. See Google's privacy policy.

Email

When you email us, for example at mycalendar@kineapps.com, we use your email address and message to answer you, and keep them as long as needed to handle your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete your personal data, to receive a copy of it, and to object to or restrict its processing. To use these rights, contact info@kineapps.com. You can also lodge a complaint with your data protection authority. In Finland, this is the Data Protection Ombudsman.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date below shows the latest version.
